The Rosen Law Firm was co-Lead Counsel in this class action in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and counsel in a related case in California Superior Court. The actions alleged violations of the Exchange Act and Securities Act violations, respectively. Following the bankruptcy of the Company, the parties settled both actions for $1.415 million.
