According to the lawsuit, during the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:
- TFI International was losing small and medium business customers;
- as a result, TFI International’s TForce revenue was declining;
- TFI International was experiencing difficulties managing its costs;
- as a result of the foregoing, the profitability of its largest business segment was declining; and
- as a result of the foregoing, defendants’ positive statements about TFI International’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
