According to the lawsuit, in the IPO Registration Statement and throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose to investors that:
- Maison Solutions’ vendor XHJC Holdings Inc., is a related party;
- Maison Solutions’ Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and related entities were alleged to have used supermarkets as a front to defraud the EB-5 visa program; and
- as a result of the foregoing, defendants’ positive statements about Maison Solutions’ business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor’s ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.
