Class Period:October 23, 2019 through January 24, 2024
If you purchased Boeing securities during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

Details of the case:

According to the lawsuit, defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:

  • Boeing had been prioritizing its profits over safety, which led to poor quality control standards in the production of its commercial aircrafts such as the 737 MAX; and
  • as a result, there was a heightened risk of manufacturing flaws that could
render Boeing’s new airplanes unsafe, which materialized during the Class Period.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor’s ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.
