Mr. Cohen focuses his practice on securities and shareholder derivative litigation. Prior to joining The Rosen Law Firm in 2021, Mr. Cohen was an associate in the litigation practice of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where he advised corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of litigation and regulatory matters in federal and state courts. He has also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Corinne Beckwith of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
