Mr. Foley received his J.D. from William and Mary Law School in 2022 and his B.A. from Syracuse University in 2016. He is admitted to practice in Maryland. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Foley worked as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Barbara Buono Stanton in Passaic County, New Jersey.
