Leah Heifetz-Li

Leah Heifetz-Li joined The Rosen Law Firm in 2017 and focuses her practice on securities class actions. She has extensive experience in class action litigation, having previously practiced at a large class action firm representing shareholders in merger and acquisition litigation as well as shareholder derivative actions.

Leah has secured significant financial recoveries for stockholders as well as corporate governance reforms in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other courts throughout the country, including on the case teams for:

• In re Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (S.D.N.Y.), in which the Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a district court’s order dismissing the case with prejudice, and the Rosen Law Firm ultimately secured a $30.75 million recovery.
• In re USA Technologies, Inc. (E.D. Pa..), securing a $15.3 million recovery.
• Meyer v. Concordia International Corp. et. al. (S.D.N.Y.), securing a $9.25 million recovery.
• In re Sundial Growers Inc. (S.D.N.Y.), securing a $7 million recovery.
• In re Spectrum Pharma, Inc. Sec. Litig. (D. Nev.), securing a $2.995 million settlement.
