According to the lawsuit, defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:
- lululemon was struggling with inventory allocation issues and color palette execution issues;
- as a result, lululemon’s Breezethrough product launch underperformed;
- as a result of the foregoing, lululemon was experiencing stagnating sales in the Americas region; and
- as a result of the foregoing, defendants’ positive statements about the lululemon’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
