According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:
- defendants had not commenced any significant mining activity at the Brook Mine after groundbreaking;
- no active work was taking place at the Brook Mine;
- as a result, Ramaco overstated development progress at the Brook Mine; and
- as a result of the foregoing, defendants’ positive statements about Ramaco’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
