Ms. Jing Chen is a leading practitioner in the plaintiffs’ securities class action bar prosecuting U.S.-listed Chinese companies. She has had significant involvement in numerous class actions and has been pivotal in obtaining over $300 million in settlements on behalf of investors. Ms. Chen has received a three-year Juris Master in China and a Juris Doctor in the U.S. and has extensive experience in international business transactions and U.S. securities regulation. Ms. Chen has leveraged her unique background to develop new cases, effectively locate evidence in challenging international jurisdictions, and provide strategically advantageous insight into legal and evidentiary issues while prosecuting class actions against U.S.-listed Chinese companies. Beyond the legal expertise she has built, Ms. Chen’s understanding of the intricacies of Chinese society has added great value toward providing quality service to the firm’s clients in relation to Chinese businesses.
