Mr. Kim received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017. Prior to joining the Rosen Law Firm, he had worked at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, investigating potential investor fraud, and served as general counsel to a blockchain-based tech start-up. Mr. Kim joined the Rosen Law Firm in January 2020, where he focuses on securities litigation. He was recognized by Best Lawyers as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2026. Mr. Kim focuses his practice on securities and fiduciary duty litigation.
