Mr. Alexander focuses his practice on securities litigation. He has extensive experience litigating securities class actions against both domestic and foreign issuers in a variety of industries. Mr. Alexander’s successes include: $8.35 million recovery against Acer Therapeutics Inc. (U.S.-based pharmaceutical company); $6.2 million recovery against Sunlands Technology Group (China-based education company); $5 million recovery against Jumia Technologies AG (e-commerce platform that operates in Africa); and $2.2 million recovery against RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (U.S.-based hospitality company).
Mr. Alexander also recently won preliminary approval of a settlement against e-commerce company GigaCloud Technology Inc. and is a member of a team litigating against multinational pharmaceutical company Biogen Inc.
Mr. Alexander was recognized by Best Lawyers as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2025. In 2025, Lawdragon named Mr. Alexander as one of 500 leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers.
