The Rosen Law Firm is preparing to file a class action lawsuit against Natures Sunshine Products and certain of its officers for issuing false and misleading financial statements during the four year period from May 17, 2002 through March 20, 2006. 

On March 20, 2006, the Company announced that it was withdrawing its financial statements and the financial information should no longer be relied on by investors. The Company disclosed that it was suffering from internal control weaknesses and that certain of its management may have violated the law, necessitating their termination. 

As a result of these adverse disclosures, the Companys stock dropped substantially causing investors to suffer severe losses.
