First Regional Bancorp

A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of First Regional Bancorp ("FRB") shareholders alleging that FRB's officers and directors violated federal securities laws by concealing bad loans and masking poor financial performance in an effort to misrepresent the bank as well-capitalized and successful.

On January 29, 2010, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation closed down the bank's operations.  The value of FRB's stock has therefore been wiped out, damaging investors.
