| TierOne Corporation |
The Rosen Law Firm has filed a class action against TierOne Corporation alleging violations of the federal securities laws violations based on statements by its former auditors that the company witheld material financial information. This has caused the auditors to no longer be able to rely on management's representations concerning TierOne's financial statements. TierOne also stated that it will have to restate it financial statements for 2008 and part of 2009 - an admission that the financial statements are inaccurate.
