On October 22, 2004 The Rosen Law Firm filed a complaint alleging violations of the federal securities laws by HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. and certain of its officers and directors (the \"Company\"). Specifically, the Rosen Law Firm alleges that the Company, through certain current and former officers and directors engaged in a sheme to inflate the value of the HiEnergy stocky by failing to disclose that the company was controlled by a group that had ties to the mafia. In addition, the complaint alleges that the Company filled false financial statements during the class period. The class action was commenced in the United States District Court, District of Connectcuit in Hartford, Connectcuit on behalf of purchasers of Flight Safety Technologies, Inc. between January 14, 2003 and July 17, 2004 (\"The Period\").
